Our many Snow Bird friends are leaving and beginning next week we will see a huge influx of Spring Break families and couples. Rentals have remained brisk and the number of phone and email inquiries promises to generate quite a tight rental housing market. Of course, the best part of our piece of paradise is that even full up we are never crowded! Prices for homes have stabilized and begun the traditional march upward. Every economic downturn sees resort/vacation areas being hit first and recovering first so nothing new with this current progression.
